Why this work exists.
Uchenna Innocent’s work is driven by a persistent question: why do capable people thrive in some environments and underperform in others even when intelligence, effort, or ambition are not the issue?
That question led to the DeepSyque framework, a system designed to make personality architecture more practical, more granular, and more operational across work, relationships, decision-making, and identity.
